Where joy swirls, knowledge unfurls

Hi, I’m Willomi K., a pen name created with the combination of my son’s name “William,” my name “Naomi,” and the initial of my husband’s first name. I am a pediatric nurse of 12 years and a new children’s book author. I am blessed to be a mother of an incredible little boy who is full of life and imagination. He is passionate about reading books and creating his own stories. My son is my biggest inspiration and the reason why I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of writing and illustrating children’s books. My debut book, “The Honest Child and the Greedy Neighbor,” is a humble start and was born from the desire to teach honesty in a simple, magical, and humorous way, drawing inspiration from traditional fables like the Korean tale of three axes. In the future, I aim to author more books that are fun to read, teach meaningful lessons, and provide knowledge to help children become the best version of themselves.
